No alarm needed with a lazy 12pm checkout to make the most of your time away. You can cook up the perfect meal in the full kitchen and outdoor BBQ or visit the milkbar at the end of the street. No stay is complete without free wifi, air con/heating and a full stock of great board games. You will have access to 2 car spaces and there is also plenty of street parking if you need extra. Everything you need for a relaxing trip.

All beds come with brand new luxury Sheridan towel and 1,200 thread count bedding on luxurious mattresses. Heating/cooling and ceiling fans will keep you comfortable all year long. There’s also spare pillows, iron/ironing board, full length mirror and tourist information and brochures.
Bedroom 1 has a king size electric adjustable bed with pillow top perfect for those with sensitive backs or reading in bed. Families and large group bookings are our speciality. This home is all ready for the little people in your life and the property has all your essential baby needs covered. There’s a portacot, high chair, stroller, kids activity corner and more games, making traveling with children a breeze. Bedroom 2 has a double and single bunk bed and a seperate single bunk bed.
The bathroom has a seperate shower and toilet. Toiletries and a hair dryer are provided so you can save all the room in your bags for your local purchases.
A vehicle is optional at this property. It’s a 20 minute walk to Echuca’s main street. There’s a milk bar and bus stop 500m at the end of the street. Echuca and Moama is fortunate to have numerous clubs/restaurants with courtesy buses to make meals or nights out stress free.

HOUSE RULES
– Strictly no parties
– Fill out and checkin form
– Limit noise from 8pm-8am and respect neighbours
– Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid extra cleaning charges
– Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from the host
– Pets only allowed inside the laundry. $50 charge per pet paid cash upon arrival. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges

– 3/4 night minimums – Special events and long weekends.
GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to the home and secure backyard. Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for (no one else can book these rooms) eg.
1-2 guests = Bedroom 1. 1 king size electric adjustable bed (2 x king singles)
3-4 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double bed).
5-7 guests = Bedroom 1 & 2 (1 double and single bunkbed and a seperate single bunkbeds).
8-9 guests = Bedroom 1 & 2 and queen electric blowup mattress (located in the loungeroom).
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). $50 per person per night after this rate. If an additional room or beds are needed/used, they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees.
BEDROOM LAYOUTS
Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed (cot available upon request/charges).
Bedroom 2 – Double and single bunk bed and single bunk bed.
Loungeroom – Queen size electric blow up mattress.
BOOKING INFORMATION
– All bookings made through our website are payable by direct deposit. A 20% fee applies if wanting to pay by credit card.
– Please note that you only have access to rooms/beds paid for. When booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom only. If you are booking for 2 guests and require access to 2 bedrooms, additional charges will apply. When booking for 3-4 guests, you will have access to 2 bedrooms/2 beds. Charges apply if extra guests stay or beds are used, which have not been paid for.
– A security deposit of $500 is required 30 days prior to arrival. This is reimbursed within 7 days of check out by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property after check out.
