This quiet 2 bedroom home is a favourite amongst travellers. With a continental breakfast included, family friendly amenities and secure pet facilities, make it a home away from home. It’s perfectly located close to the river and picturesque bushland with a walking/cycling track direct to the main street or it’s a 2 minute drive. Self and late check in available.
No alarm needed with a lazy 12pm checkout to make the most of your time away. No stay is complete without free wifi, Stan, air con/heating and a full stock of great board games. You will have access to 2 car spaces and there is also plenty of free street parking if you need extra.
Bedroom 1 has two king single size electric adjustable beds with pillow top (made into one bed) perfect for those with sensitive backs or reading in bed. Families and large group bookings are our speciality. This home is all ready for the little people in your life and the property has all your essential baby needs covered. There’s a portacot, high chair, kids activity corner and more games, making traveling with children a breeze. Bedroom 2 has a double/single bunk bed, a seperate single bunk bed and a mattress on the floor. The bathroom has a seperate shower and toilet.

HOUSE RULES

- Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid cleaning charges
- Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from the host
- Pets not allowed on brand new carpeted areas (bedrooms and loungeroom), they're only allowed on vinyl areas. $50 charge per pet paid by direct deposit prior to arrival. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
- Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra
- 3 night minimum - Special events and long weekends
- 4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbs Cup and New Years.
GUEST ACCESS
You will only have access to rooms/beds that are booked and paid for (no one else can book these rooms) eg.
1-2 guests = Bedroom 1. 2 x king single size electric adjustable bed (made up as one bed)
3-4 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double bed)
5 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and one single bunkbed)
6 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and two single bunkbeds)
7 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double and three single bunkbeds)
8 guests = Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2 (1 double, three single bunkbeds, 1 floor mattress)
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If an additional room or beds are needed/used, they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees.

BOOKING INFORMATION
– All bookings made through our website are payable by cash. A 10% fee applies if wanting to pay by credit card.
– Please note that you only have access to rooms/beds paid for. Please view Guest Access for bedding configuration. Charges apply if extra guests stay or beds are used, which have not been paid for.
– A security deposit of $1,000 is required 30 days prior to arrival. This is reimbursed within 7 days of check out by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property after check out.
