The free continental breakfast, the family friendly amenities and secure pet facilities, make it a home away from home. It’s perfectly located close to the river and picturesque bushland with a walking/cycling track direct to town or it’s a 2 minute drive.

You will have access to 3 car spaces (perfect for a boat or caravan) and there is also plenty of street parking if you need extra. Everything you need for a relaxing trip.

All bedrooms come stocked with brand new luxury Sheridan towels and 1,200 thread count bedding. Ceiling fans will keep you comfortable while you sleep and there are spare pillows, iron/ironing board and even electric blankets (except bedroom 3/kids bedroom) for those who like to be extra cosy.
Families and large group bookings are our specialty. Bedroom 1 and 2 have queen size beds. Watch late night movies with the tv and dvd player in Bedroom 1. Bedroom 3 has a double and single bunk bed and single trundle bed also. Bedroom 3 is all ready for the little people in your life and the property has all your essential baby needs covered. There’s a portacot, highchair, swing set, board games, books, building blocks, bath toys and more, making traveling with children a breeze.
The main bathroom has a bath for soaking your troubles away, a separate shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and vanity. Toiletries and a hair dryer are provided so you can save all the room in your bags for your local purchases.
A vehicle is optional at this property. It’s a 20 minute walk to Echuca’s main street. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street next to the corner store. Echuca and Moama is fortunate to have numerous clubs/restaurants with courtesy buses to make meals or nights out stress free.

GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to the home and secure backyard. Access will only be provided to beds that are booked and paid for eg.
1-2 guests = 1 bed/1 bedroom
3-4 guests = 2 beds/2 bedrooms
5-8 guests = 3-5 beds etc/3 bedrooms
Base price is for two people (1 bedroom).
$50 per person per night after this rate. If additional rooms are needed they will be charged to cover laundry and cleaning fees.
BEDROOM LAYOUTS
Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed (cot available upon request/charges).
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 – Double and single bunk bed and single trundle bed.
Loungeroom – Double sofabed, queen size electric blow up mattress.
Long weekends and special events have 3 and 4 nights minimum.
HOUSE RULES
– Strictly no parties
– Fill out and checkin form
– Limit noise from 8pm-8am and respect neighbours
– Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid extra cleaning charges
– Additional guests not to visit apartment without approval from the host
– Pets only allowed inside on vinyl flooring, not on any furniture or carpeted areas/bedrooms. $50 charge per pet paid cash upon arrival. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges. If evidence of pets on furniture or in bedrooms cleaning fee applies.

– 3/4 night minimums – Special events and long weekends.
BOOKING INFORMATION
– All bookings made through our website are payable by cash. A 20% fee applies if wanting to pay by credit card.
– Please not that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom only. When booking for 3-4 guests, you will have access to 2 bedrooms. If you need access to the second or third bedroom with 4 or less guests, additional charges apply. When booking for 5 or more guests, you will have access to all 3 bedrooms.
– A security deposit of $500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property after check out.
