GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to the entire apartment and secure backyard, except bedrooms not booked. If any additional bedrooms or beds are needed/used, you agree when booking that they will be charged as per below. Bedrooms not booked will be locked.
1-2 guests = 1 queen bed
3-4 guests = 2 queen beds
5-6 guests = 2 queen, 1 double bed
7 guests = 2 queen, 1 double bed, 1 single bed
8 guests = 2 queen, 1 double, 2 single beds
9-10 guests = 2 queen, 2 double, 2 single beds
5-8 guests = 3 bedrooms, bunk beds
9-10 guests = 1 sofa bed in living room
Base price is for two people (Bedroom 1). If an additional bedroom or beds are needed/used they will be charged as per rules above, $65 per person per night.
1-2 guest - 1 bedroom
3-4 guests - 2 bedrooms
5-8 guests - 3 bedrooms
9-10 guests - 3 bedrooms, living room sofa bed
Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra ($65 per infant per night). Cot available upon request, charges apply
3 night minimum - Special events and long weekends
4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbs Cup and New Years.
HOUSE RULES
- Access only to bedrooms/beds paid for (view Guest Access)
- Leave it in the condition you arrived to avoid extra charges
- Pets not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
- Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra ($65 per infant per night)
- Booking will be canceled with no refund if guests are smoking at the home or if extra guests not booked attend the home without prior approval
– A security deposit of $500 is due 7 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access have been followed and the home is not damaged

– A security deposit of $500 is due 30 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access are followed and the home is not damaged.
