Payment
Prices quoted are for direct deposit due at time of booking. The security deposit is due 30 days before arrival.
Is linen provided?
All linen is supplied – luxury towels and linen, wide variety of pillows and a couch blanket. Towels are not to be used outside of home.
What pantry items are there?
A variety of sauces, salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, breakfast spreads and sugar. Items also complimentary and not single use.
Check in and check out
Check in - 3pm. We always try to get you in earlier, if needed please advise us of your arrival time.

Free breakfast includes?
A variety of frozen breads, milk, variety of cereals, margarine, sugar, coffee, a wide variety of tea and breakfast spreads. These are not single use items.
Parking
There is plenty of free street parking at all of our homes.
Please visit individual home pages for off street car, boat and caravan parking.
Cooking facilities
Our homes have fully equipped kitchens with Baccarat cookware, knives, cutlery and more.
Pool and toys
Pool toys, shade tent and lifejackets (book in advance) are provided at Regent Retreat.
Electric blankets
Electric blankets are supplied on some of our beds (automatic turnoff function). Bunks beds don't have them.
Cleaning products
A dish cloth, spray and wipe, floor cleaner, mop and vacuum are provided.
Wifi and tvs
There's unlimited wifi at all of our homes and smart tvs.
Laundry and ironing board
Iron and ironing boards are provided in all of homes. Sunny Shackell & Regent Retreat have a washing machine.
Fur babies
Pets are welcome in most of our homes. They're not allowed on furniture or carpeted areas. Dog toys and food bowls provided. $50 pet fee per pet. Fully fenced.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access are followed and the home is not damaged
