Payment
Prices quoted on our website are for cash (security deposit taken by card of $500). When paying by card it’s an extra 20% charge.
Is linen provided?
All linen is supplied – Sheridan towels, luxury 1,200 thread sheets, wide variety of pillows and a couch blanket.
What pantry items are there?
A variety of sauces, salt, pepper, spices, cooking oil, mayo, paper towels and sugar. Other seasonal items also complimentary.
Check in and check out
Check in 3pm, where possible we try to get you in earlier, so please advise us of your arrival time and we’ll see what we can do.
Check out is 12pm.
Free breakfast includes?
A variety of frozen breads, milk, variety of cereals, margarine, pancakes, sugar, coffee, a wide variety of tea and breakfast spreads.
Parking
There is plenty of free street parking at all of our homes.
Please visit individual home pages for off street car, boat and caravan parking.
BBQ
There is a BBQ and cooking utensils at Sunny Shackell and Regent Retreat.
Pool and toys
Pool toys, shade tent and swimming towels are provided at Regent Retreat.
Cleaning products
A dish cloth, spray and wipe, floor cleaner, scourer, mop, vacuum and washing basket are provided.
Netflix, Stan and wifi
There's free Netflix, Stan and unlimited wifi are provided at all of our homes.

A dish cloth, spray and wipe, floor cleaner, scourer, mop, vacuum and washing basket are provided.
Laundry and ironing board
Iron and ironing boards are provided in all of our homes. Sunny Shackell has a washing machine.
Fur babies
Pets are welcome in Sleepy and Sunny Shackell. Dog toys, food bowls, bedding and a kennel are provided at both homes.
Electric blankets
Electric blankets are supplied on all of our beds (automatic turnoff function) except the bunks and electronic beds.
Bike hire
We have bike hire available at all of our homes. $25 per bike, includes helmet, lock, drink bottle holder and basket.
