Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for, please view Guest Access.
HOUSE RULES
– Access only to beds paid for (view Guest Access)
– All guests need to be added to the booking under their Airbnb accounts and drivers licence sent
– 3 night minimum - Local special events and long weekends
– 4 night minimum stay - Easter, Melbourne Cup weekend and New Years
– Leave it in the condition you arrived and follow checkout instructions to avoid charges
- Pets not allowed upstairs, on carpet or furniture. $50 charge per pet. All evidence of pets must be removed/tidied to avoid extra charges
- Infants are charged, please select any other age when booking to show correct/full price to avoid being charged extra ($65 per infant per night)
- Booking will be canceled with no refund if guests are smoking at the home or if extra guests not booked attend the home without prior approval
– A security deposit of $1,000 is due 30 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access are followed and the home is not damaged
- Check in from 3pm and checkout 10am.
BOOKING POLICY
– All bookings made through our website are payable by direct deposit at time of booking
– A security deposit of $1,000 is due 30 days prior to arrival, collected by direct deposit. This is refunded within 7 days from checkout if House Rules and Guest Access are followed and the home is not damaged.

GUEST ACCESS
You have private access to this townhouse and carport. Base price is for four people (Bedroom 1 and 2). If any additional bedrooms or beds are needed/used, you agree when booking that they will be charged as per below. Bedrooms not booked will be locked.
1-4 guests = 2 queen beds (ensuites)
5-6 guests = 3 queen beds
7-8 guests = 4 queen beds
9-10 guests = 4 queen beds, 1 double bed
11 guests = 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 1 single bunk bed
12 guests = 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 single bunk bed
13 guests = 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 3 single bunk beds
14-15 guests = as above and 1 queen electric blow up mattress
If you require more beds please book for that number of guests eg. 3 people need 3 seperate beds/rooms book for 5 people (prices shown when selected correct number of people/beds, $65 per person per night when needing more beds).
